We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. Cloud Storage Corp. reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update listings, and adjust pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.

Independent Reseller Disclaimer
Cloud Storage Corp. is an independent reseller of new and refurbished IT hardware. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party manufacturers whose products appear on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Refurbished and used products may differ from new items and may not be eligible for the original manufacturer’s warranty or services. Manufacturers may also restrict support, upgrades, or warranty coverage for products purchased through non-authorized channels.
Ordering & Payment Terms
All orders are subject to acceptance by Cloud Storage Corp.
Payment must be received at the time of order placement via accepted methods including major credit cards and Shopify Payments.
Orders may be canceled at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order before fulfillment.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to the following states: CA, KS, MA, MI, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and WA.
If you hold a valid tax exemption certificate, please provide it to our team shop@cloudstoragecorp.com before your order ships to ensure your exemption is applied.

Fedex Ground: 3:00pm CST
Fedex Express: 3:00pm CST
USPS: 2:00pm CST
UPS Ground: 5:00pm CST
UPS Express: 5:00pm CST
Orders placed before cut-off time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. All orders need to be verified before shipment. We do not ship to guests at hotels. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship to UPS stores. We are not responsible for severe weather delays or carrier delays.
Shipping and billing address must be the same. Blind Shipping upon request by email. We need a verification process for security reasons.
Orders that above $300 will be added to the delivery signature service. You can authorize the carrier to release the package via USP and Fedex website if you are not home to sign.
International buyers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import clearance fees. If a shipment is returned or lost due to unsuccessful customs clearance, Cloud Storage Corp. reserves the right to apply restocking fees or decline a refund.
International buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the import of the equipment into the final destination country is legally permitted. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to obtain any required governmental permits, licenses, or approvals for the export or import of used electronic equipment.
Payment:
Payment for products may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfer, or other pre-approved payment methods. Unless prior credit terms have been established with Cloud Storage Corp., full payment is required at the time of order.
Please note: We do not accept credit cards issued by foreign banks.
For verification, we may request more documents for verification, including Credit card Authorization Form, Card Holder ID, Copy of Credit Card, etc. All submitted documents are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for order verification.
High-risk orders will be accepted only via Wire Transfer at our discretion. Cloud Storage Corp. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Any fraudulent payment attempt will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Please note that PayPal transaction fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable for any canceled orders after payment has been processed.
Warranty:
All items are fully tested and all parts are covered under 30 days replacement or refund warranty. If you have any questions of the product or order, please contact (Memo create an email for Shopify team)
Our warranties do NOT cover issues resulting from:
- Accidents, abuse, neglect, physical shock, electrostatic discharge, exposure to conditions outside specified temperature or humidity ranges, improper installation, operation, maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Misuse or operation contrary to the product’s documentation or user manual.
- Lost, forgotten, or inaccessible passwords.
- Malfunctions caused by or related to other equipment.
Warranties are void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, missing components, or any unauthorized alterations (including the removal of covers or hardware parts).
Please note: Our warranties do not cover data loss, damage to other equipment, or any consequential or incidental damages, including costs related to data recovery, removal, or installation.
We provide a 30 day warranty for ecommerce shop and ebay shop. However, we have a 90 day, one year to 3 year warranty available for repeated customers that order with volume, and establish the business history with us. Please contact us if you need a longer warranty.
Returns:
If the item needs to be returned, please contact to shop@cloudstoragecorp.com for an RMA number at New email. We will respond within 1 business day. Please provide order number, serial number, and state the reason for return so we can verify the item. Accessories must be returned with the item to receive full RMA refunds. We work to solve all our RMA’s as quickly and efficiently as possible. Non-Defective returns are subject to 20% restocking fees. International buyers are responsible for return freight charges.
