Our standard, across-the-board warranty is 90 days. However, we are so confident in our memory, HBA and transceiver lines that we offer extended warranties with those categories.
- For memory we offer a 1 year warranty on every memory unit sold regardless of condition.
- For HBAs and transceivers we offer a 3 year base warranty across all conditions.
Every now and then a piece is going to need to be replaced. It happens, it’s the cost of doing business. We commit to a same day response to start the RMA process. Please provide your PO number, the serial numbers of the units in question and a brief description of the problem. We will verify our shipment and the serial numbers, and ship a replacement on the next day.
