We’re in Kansas. Yup, it’s a real place and it’s smack dab in the middle of the United States. We have an expansive warehouse with over 7,000 different part numbers in stock and ready to ship. Our central location is a great baked-in benefit for our customers. Shipping times and costs are often lower from our location than having to source a product from the opposite coast.
Yes! If we display the product in stock, it’s back in the warehouse and we can grab it and get it out the door to you today. Below are our shipping cutoff times.

For HDDs and SSDs specifically, we have a very high internal standard. Our refurbished units must test at 98% hard drive health and our new bulk units must test at 100% hard drive health and less than 20 minutes of power on time.
Our standard, across-the-board warranty is 90 days. However, we are so confident in our memory, HBA and transceiver lines that we offer extended warranties with those categories. For memory we offer a 1 year warranty on every memory unit sold regardless of condition. For HBAs and transceivers we offer a 3 year base warranty across all conditions.
Big time. We’re consistently making strides to lessen our carbon footprint. We make efforts to separate recyclable materials from trash and have arranged for our waste removal service to haul recyclable materials separately. In addition, our shipping team is very proficient at packing orders in the smallest boxes possible to ensure shipment safety and to reduce the materials used.
Absolutely not. We take privacy very seriously. We will always ask permission before storing sensitive information such as credit card numbers. Furthermore, our staff is well-trained to properly dispose of sensitive information.
Great question, we like this part. Joking aside, we accept payment through the following methods: credit card, PayPal and bank wire. For new customers, we have to insist on pre-payment prior to shipping. Once we have a consistent order history under our belt, we have the option to offer net terms to our trusted partners.
Every now and then a piece is going to need to be replaced. It happens, it’s the cost of doing business. We commit to a same day response to start the RMA process. Please provide your PO number, the serial number of the unit in question and a brief description of the problem. If we can verify our shipment and the serial number, we will ship replacement on the same day.
